Going The Distance!

I got up at 7:00am had a quick pre-run snack before heading out for a long run.
I had 8 oz. of Pacific iced coffee and one slice of Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread with Earth Balance . … After my run I felt great, it made me very confident that I will be able to complete my half marathon that I want to run
