Hey everyone! How are you all doing on this fine Thursday? Good, I hope! Today I had a super duper busy day playing guidance counselor, and I loved it! :) Breakfast was two pieces of whole wheat cinnamon raisin toast and earth balance “butter”with apple sauce and some coffee with half and half.

For lunch I packed some of my spicy refried bean soup that I made earlier in the week.

I also packed more apple sauce (tis’ the season, no?), blue corn tortilla chips to go with my soup and some cocoa almonds.

When I got home from school, I was excited to go up to my house  and see the progress that was made since I was there on Sunday. We are about 1 month away from move in. Instead of giving you pictures again, I did a vlog tour, much more fun!!!  It is kinda long (about 9 minutes), but for those of you that wanted to hear Adam’s accent (I got some requests for him to do a vlog) he takes over during the last minute or so.

What do you think?! I am hoping to do another one once everything is in and there is paint etc.

Tonight Adam and I were both in the mood for Italian. I sipped a glass of Pinot Noir while cooking dinner.

Dinner was whole wheat raviolis made with low fat cheese and marinara sauce. Simple, easy and yummy.

Not going to lie, I totally housed these and then was so stuffed I just wanted to lay in the couch. I guess that is a good thing since I have spent the night elevating my poor ankle.

Two things:

  1. Have you “Liked” the Food, Fitness, Fashion Facebook page? I plan on utilizing it to not only keep you up to date on FFF posts but also interesting articles and fitness tips. So, be sure not to miss out. If there is anything you would like to see in posts (either blog posts or Facebook posts) let me know.
  2. If you are a Boston reader and interesting in trying Crossfit, there will be a FREE Crossfit class on the Boston Common this coming Saturday. Check out the City Sports Blog Post on it. I am dying for you guys to try Crossfit! I know you guys will love, love, love it!

Goodnight, you little cuties :) Hasta Manana!
