Hi everyone! TGIF! Woo hoo! I am excited it is the weekend for sure! This morning I shot out of bed, suited up (it is cold here in the morning now, 45 degrees during my run this morning!) and headed out for a run. Before heading out the door, I had 1/2 of a banana:
I ran 4.4 miles in 39 minutes. The last mile or so I was feeling a little low on energy, not sure what that was about, but thoughts of this kept me moving!
When I got home, the coffee was ready, I had a cup with half and half and agave nectar. Worth running for!
Breakfast was eaten at work:
I container of oikos vanilla yogurt, 1/2 a cup of Kashi Go lean Crunch, 1/2 a cup of Kashi Honey Sunshine, blueberries and raspberries.
Here is today’s outfit, very fall:
Dark Skinny Jeans (Paper, Cloth, Denim), Tan Suede Boots (Miss Me), White T (H&M), Long Red Cardigan ( American Eagle), Scarf (H&M).
Close up of the boots. I love them because they are adorable (OBVI) and have about a 1.5 inch heel so I can totally wear them all day without my feel killing me.
I am super excited for it to be the weekend. Here are my plans:
- Harpoonfest with some friends and Adam
- Body Pump at 10:00
- Trader Joe’s and Whole foods
- Market Basket
- Wicked Bride’s Bachelorette Party
- Switching over my closet for fall
- Part Time job work
- Dinner at Adam’s parent’s house for his sister’s birthday
- Long Run
