Hello! Well, the weekend is coming to an end. Are you guys ready for another work week? I think I am. I spent the day cleaning the house and working on the giant MOUNTAIN of laundry that we have. Ugh, it has gotten so backed up that I am a little overwhelmed. I am working on getting the laundry back under control.
Lunch was a a buffalo tuna melt on a whole wheat tortilla.
Buffalo Tuna:
- 1 can of tuna
- 1 spoonful of veggie “mayo”
- buffalo sauce
I topped it with a piece of cheddar and pressed it on the Forman grill.
On the side I had left over Arugula Salad from yesterday’s lunch.
I had a string cheese while cleaning as a snack.
Dinner was a can of Amy’s veggie soups.
I had whatever was left in this box of Kashi Cheese Crackers. I think it was a little bit less than a serving.
I forgot to mention is my last post that I ended up winning the centerpiece last night. Isn’t is gorgeous?

“Ask Me Anything” Questions:
Q: You frequently mention how amazing Adam’s proposal was. Just wondering how he actually popped the question?
A: On Christmas Eve Adam and I usually go to his parents house and then my Uncle’s House. After leaving Adam’s parent’s house Adam insisted we went back to our apartment to drop off our gifts. I told him I would rather just go to my Uncle’s house and he reminded me that my spinach artichoke dip I had taken from his mom’s house would go bad if we left it in the car while in my uncle’s house. I agreed and we stopped off at home. As I was rearranging the fridge to try and fit the dip. I heard Adam’s doing something in the bedroom. I was hoping he wouldn’t take long because I wanted to get going. He called to me from the living room and said he wanted to talk to me about something. I immediately got nervous because he never really says that. I went into the living room and sat down in a chair. Adam got on his knee (and I still had no idea), he told me that he was sorry that he had been snippy with me and that it was just because he was really nervous about something. He put his hand in his pocket and I FINALLY figured out what he was doing and SCREAMED in his face and covered my eyes. He started saying all these great things (which I don’t remember). Half way through I interrupted him to see if he asked me dad. Adam kept begging me to take my hands off my eyes so I could see him and the ring, but I couldn’t I was just in such shock. He finally pried my hands of my face, I saw the ring and fell in love! Once I saw the ring I wanted to put it on but Adam reminded me that I hadn’t said” yes” and I couldn’t put on the ring until I did. But, he got so nervous he forgot to actually ask me to marry him. So then he asked and of course I accepted.
I loved the that the way it happened was so us. Thank GOD we were alone, my reaction was so insane that I am glad Adam and Oscar were the only ones to see it. I was hysterical!
I am accepting “Ask Me Anything” Questions until Friday, March 5th, so hurry up and get them in. To submit an question, click here.

That arrangement is so pretty! I always take the centerpieces at events if they are giving it away. Flowers do wonders for brightening up the room.
