Hurt SOOOOOO Good!

Hey everyone!!!!!!! I hope your day is going well, mine is. At 9 am I left the house to head to my 9:30 yoga class. This class was a vinyasa flow class, it was a little slower than the other vinyasa classes I have been to and slightly less challenging, but, it was still great. It gave me the chance to get in a goooood stretch, there were tons of hip opening poses that hurt sooooo good. My hips were tight! While in downward dog, I thought to myself how amazingly yoga really does complement running. After a long run yesterday, my body was thanking me for yoga :)

After yoga I was starving. I have a feeling that I did not eat enough calories yesterday since I burned a whole lot during my run. So my body was saying, “FEED ME!!!” I left yoga and headed to my part-time job, even though I was starving, there were some time sensitive things that needed to be handled. I ended up only working for about 45 minutes, there was a lot less work than I expected.

After working at my part-time job, I got home and started to make lunch right away.

Amy’s Black Bean soup, left over salad from Christmas and about 8-9 Blue Corn chips and Amy’s Spicy Salsa. YUM YUM! I inhaled it!!!

Well, I am about to hop in the shower, throw in ANOTHER load of laundry, walk Oscar and head out to return some gifts that don’t fit! Have a GREAT Tuesday!

    Okay you have so inspired me to change my ways of eating and being more healthy. Now that I am off of school till September I have no excuses! This is my new years resolution

    this happens to me too!..i find that i’m always hungrier the day after a long run vs. the day of the long run…i think a long run temporarily curves my hunger so I don’t think to eat as much, but I make up for it the next day :) I hope you’re having a great tuesday! xoxo!
