Morning!!! Well, I was right! I slept like a baby last night (where does that saying come from? All the new parents I know say that their babies don’t sleep). I woke up a little groggy, but quickly felt better once I had some of this in me

Coffee, fat free half and half, agave nectar. I am not sore in the least bit today. This that is the case for a few reasons.
1. I run a lot normally, and run between 4.5-7 miles when I run, so that distance is not too far out of my normal range.
2. I walked around to cool down/ search for Stacey for over an hour after.
3. I stretched really well before and after.
4. I rested my legs last night.
Since am not going to be in my normal routine and will be at a High School shadowing a counselor today, I am not sure when I will be able to eat lunch. So, I had the most filling breakfast I know.

Oatmeal keeps me full for a really long time! I added some pumpkin pie mix, cinnamon and honey almond butter. Perfection!

Doesn’t that look so creamy and delicious! It is!!! The fashion portion will come later one because, truthfully, I am still in PJ’s!
