Hello! I hope your Saturday is going well!!! Mine is off to a good start! I had a great night last night! Around 8:30 I headed to Max and Dylan’s for Tina’s surprise party! It was fun to watch all her tweets last night knowing all along what the plan was 
The party was held in a private room and it was decorated so nicely with fresh flowers!

It was so great to meet Tina’s friends and family. They were all super friendly. Since I didn’t really know anyone, I really appreciated how welcoming they were. I actually had a long conversation with Mal’s dad about books. Yeah, I am a huge nerd. He recommended some new authors for me to check out 
Tina, you are very lucky to have such great friends and family and you are a very loved lady!!!
While chatting with Tina’s family I had some buffalo dip and a small piece of flat bread pizza.
And a few beers.

I was so excited to be part of her surprise and hear all about her cooking class. So cool! Her husband Mal did a great job keeping everything a surprise and making her day special. It was great to finally meet him in person as well. Can you please check out these amazing cupcakes?!
See the ones on the side of with the strawberries on top? I ate half of one of those it was was awesome!!!!! It had whip cream frosting and strawberry filling…AMAZING!

As I write this post I realize I never actually ate dinner last night….bad girl! As I am climbing out of my funk, I MUST remember to eat. This forgetting to eat thing has not been good for me, I just get so busy I forget to eat!
So you better believe I remembered to eat a nice big breakfast!!!! I made a breakfast burrito with egg whites, hot salsa, organic cheddar and black beans on a flat out wrap.
It was messy and I had to eat it with a fork and knife. I ended up just eating the filling and not much of the wrap, I got too full. The black beans and hot salsa really made this burrito extra yummy!!!!
There was also some iced coffee too
Well, we are having a big BBQ tomorrow, so I have to get to the grocery store and get cooking. See you all later on today! Have a fantastic Saturday
