Hello! Well, I have been so productive in the last 24 hours it is insane. What did I do you ask? I have:
- completely crossed all the BIG work to-do’s off my list
- sent my readers their readings (except for the prayers of the faithful which I need to write)
- created all my wedding tables
- organized the tables
- made an appointment for my make up trail
- made an appointment for my FINAL dress fitting
- sent many, many wedding related e-mails
- Created final time line and sent to all vendors
- Planned almost all of ceremony (except some music…meeting with the organist Sunday to work that out)
- Wrote up all the wording for our ceremony program
- Worked with Wicked Bride for all things paper
I am like a little machine!
I am feeling relieved to get a lot of this stuff done!
Last night, I arrived home from work to find Adam had completely cooked dinner. Nothing like coming home to a delicious, home made, healthy meal awaiting you. Adam made us turkey cheese burgers on grilled whole wheat buns with sweet potato fries. I topped my burger with mustard and pickles and had some organic ketchup on the side for some fry dipping
Once dinner was over it was down to business! Adam and I along with our parents got together at my mom and dad’s to do the dreaded seated plan…dum da dum dum dum!!! I have heard tales of the horror of this task from many a bride! I know we were all dreading it but it needed to be done. However, it was actually a fairly stress-free experience, if you can believe it! We were all calm and got the job done! We make a good team
In about an hour and a half everyone was seated and we were all still friends
I celebrated with a new chocolate bar:
I had two squares. I have never had the chili chocolate, but have heard good things. It was ok, I did enjoy the little spicy kick. But, it cannot hold a flame to the sea salt one.
Breakfast this morning was also awesome! I had two whole wheat waffles topped with some vanilla greek yogurt, berries and some sliced almonds. Coffee as well!
This is one of my favorite summer breakfasts. I used to eat them with with a fork and knife. But, now I just eat them with my hands and embrace the mess.
I got A LOT done at work today and worked through lunch. Lunch was a giant salad with tons of veggies and left over chicken, brown rice, quinoa and grilled veggies. It was filling and delicious, I loved all the flavors.
I have been so hungry all week and today was no exception. I had two small afternoon snacks. First was a kids z bar- chocolate chip. My fav!
Second was a mall container of melon:
Today’s Outfit:
All TJ Maxx and the sandals are Kate Spade
I heart them!
Well, I have a few things to finish up here before heading to my part-time job to done some work. See you all later on

Congrats on getting so much done!! My fiance and I just at the beginning steps of planning and I can already feel the to-do lists growing. Also, I love your Tinkerbell mug!!
I love that I can totally relate to everything you’re going through. Our table situation has been SUPER stressful unfortunately!!
Love your outfit! I just bought that Chili Chocolate for my husband yesterday- and he loved it. I’m not sure that he’s tried the sea salt one- so I’ll have to get him some of that! I LOVE kids cliff bars- yum
What is the chocolate with sea salt like?! Where do you get them? Your outfit is really cute! Tj Maxx and Marshalls are two of my favorite stores.
Good stuff… Do u like the chili chocolate bars?
Once, at the cafeteria at my college, my friend took a bite of a brownie that she didn’t know had chili in it…LOL
[...] the heat made me delirious! By the time I left there and got home it was 7:30 pm. After being a power house of productivity and having a very long day, a run seemed unappealing! So I didn’t [...]
