Today I am taking a rest day from working out. I realized this morning I have worked out the last 8 days in a row. I am sure my body is ready for a little break! I kind of don’t like rest days though…I like to be moving so I have to actively remind myself to take rest days. Today is a perfect day for it though because Operation Janet Abs and the lower body workout from last night left me sore. I am sore now and am sure it will get worse as the day goes on. Some people wake up really sore, and others wake up a little sore an then get more sore as the day goes on. I am the later. It is a good sore though!!!!
This morning for breakfast I had a cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch, a honey Chobani and blueberries and strawberries….SHOCKER, right?! And an iced coffee while walking to work…another huge shocker!!!

navy blue wrap dress (Banana Republic), White Tank (Jacob) and navy ribbon flip flops (JCrew).
WHAT?! These are business casual right? LOL.

Hey Ali, Did you have to buy new clothes when you lost the weight? Just curious.
Um, well sort of. I am a pack rat so I kept allll my skinny clothes, but those are kind of big for me now too. So, soon I will HAVE to, right know everything (including my skinny stuff) is too big, but I can still pull it off. I will be buying new stuff if I win the lottery, I just don’t have the money right now.
One thing I DID have to buy and couldn’t get away with is new bras. I dropped a ribcage size and a cup size. I am sure they will get even smaller. My bras were HUGE.
Gotcha. Gotta pay for that wedding!!! I have cut myself off from anymore shopping. I am going to Minnesota at the end of this month, Mall of America, the credit card will NOT be coming with me just to be on the safe size.
Lottery? That would be just lovely now, wouldn’t it!
