Good Afternoon! I hope everyone’s Tuesday is good! Mine is going great, you know, I am not even tired at all! Crazy…right?

Lunch today was a good ol’ salad ;) , you know I missed these over the weekend.

IMG_0849Contents: spinach, spring mix, 1/2 an organic tomato, a few cucumber slices, red peppers, carrots, feta, tuna, salsa, lemon hummus, and edamame salad that I bought yesterday I ran out the the bean salad I had been using. I forget the brand name of this I will post it at dinner once I can look in my fridge. It has corn and  olives in it.

During my lunch break I went to the gym down stairs and did a back and abs workout. It felt great. I actually had to go to City Sports and buy a pair of Nike Tempo shorts to keep in my draw at work for when I need to use the gym and an wearing a dress/skirt. I got to the gym and was like,  “gym and pencil skirts don’t mix”. You know how much I hated buying another pair of Tempo shorts  ;) but I had not choice :)

Around 3:30 I had an afternoon snack of cut up watermelon and cantaloupe (Market Basket $.99…heck yeah). and a little bit to trail mix (almonds, peanuts, pistachios, choc covered soy beans). Great fuel for my after work run!

IMG_0850Tonight’s plans include returning calls for my part-time job, going for a run with Adam, dinner and then reading my book…addict! See you guys at dinner!

      I got like a periwinkle color with the white stripe and hot pink piping!!!! THey are the best shorts ever. I have 5 pairs total now!

    do you usually work out in your work clothes or do you change? I’m such a sweat ball I could NEVER work out and then return to work in the same clothes!

      I usually change, I just forgot clothes this time.I was just doing weights though, so I don’t get as sweaty as when I run.
