I thought about your run Sunday and I knew you were living the DREAM! The Blog was inspiring and put a smile across my face. This is a judgement statement, but I am so proud of you!

Hi Ali,
I have been yo yoing for years. I was consistently at 140 lb. in college, and then I got pregnant. I got all the way up to 160 lb., but then went into the Boston Police Academy and got back down to 142 lb. (day of graduation).
Now Im right back up to 159 lb.. My uniform doesn’t fit. And I have HAD it. You are totally right, I brush my teeth everyday, I need to incorporate working out in there too. I kept making excuses to not work out, oh I have a kid blah blah blah. But you know what? My daughters not going to learn how to be healthy if I am not.
I just subscribed to your blog. I need support and I think I can get it from reading about your daily trials and tribulations.
I’ve already signed up for a new boxing gym in South Boston that I go to at 5:30am. So I’ve made a pledge to myself that I will go on the days that I work, and then always work out on days off unless its Sunday. I’ll take the day off on Sunday.
Keep going with your progress, you never know who else you will inspire!
