Thank You, Saint Anthony!

Hey everyone! I hope your Monday is wrapping up nicely. While working at my part time job, I snacked on a kashi peanut peanut butter bar with a small skinny vanilla latte. However, I have no photos because my camera battery died. Sorry!

After working for a little while, I headed to the grocery store and drug store. When I got home I searched and searched for my battery charger for about 20 minutes. I was so stressed!!!!!! Adam even joined in the search after seeing how frantic I was getting! Finally after praying to St. Anthony, I found it! Thanks, St. Anthony! Every time I loose something, I pray to St. Anthony and I find it. Never fails (except that one time my wallet was stolen :( ).

St. Anthony, St. Anthony

Please look around

Something is lost that must be found

I need to find (fill in lost item here).

I swear, it works!!!

Dinner was quick since I got home at around 7:30 pm. I picked up a roasted chicken at the store already cooked. This is a great option for anyone who is super busy. You can eat it all week, it is healthy, delicious and easy! I usually use the leftovers to make a healthy version of chicken salad, chicken burritos, or just on top of a salad. Tonight I ate the chicken with a serving of Uncle Ben’s whole grain veggie rice and some asparagus (lots of asparagus :) .

Dessert was this new frozen yogurt I was drooling over in the store! Dark Chocolate Almond!!! DIVINE!!!! Adam and I loooved it. The BEST PART was the almond slivers!!! I have a feeling this will not last long in our house!!!! ;) I think it was about 1/2 a cup serving, I don’t measure, but it seems about right.

In Other News:

Here are two of my favorite pictures, I just thought I would share!

Oscar in his dog Snuggie!!! Honestly, how cute is he?

And one of Adam and I when we first started dating in Winter 1999.

Well, I am going to get ready for bed. Up early to cut of fruit and veggies for the week, make lunch, do laundry ect. Have a great night sleep and see you all in the morning!
