Hey everyone! Well, it is late so this will be fast! Sorry,  my previous post had an issue posting the pictures at first, but I fixed it. If you were reading it when it was having issues, my apologies. I think my host was down. While dealing with very frustrating internet issue, I whipped up a quick dinner salad. Honestly, it was good to step away, I was ready to throw my computer off the wall. I got so frustrated I was actually screaming at my computer, Oscar, my salad…anything that got in my way. The internet can REALLY get my goat!

It had spring mix, tomatoes, orange bell peppers, edamame, cucumbers, carrots. I topped it with organic light Italian dressing and this yummy mixture.

I mixed together 1 can of tuna, a few spoonfuls of tabouli and a few spoonfuls of guacamole. The mix of these flavors is fantastic, you have got to try this! It makes enough for about two salad, so there are leftovers that will probably be part of lunch tomorrow.

After dinner, I headed to May’s to watch 500 days of Summer, I sped the first hour fixing my blog though, thank God for laps tops being so portable. The movie was okay, I would say watch it if it is on, but don’t go out of your way. It was really fun hanging out with May and Kristie though :)

Night!!!!

HAHAHAHA! I did, it was not my proudest moment! Everyone: I got so frustrated and Adam was making fun of me, so I threw a little of my salad on the pizza he was eating. It was very mean…Sorry, Ad!
