Morning! I have got to make this quick, I am heading to a local High School to shadow a counselor today
I will make it up to you guys though, because….
TODAY IS NATIONAL LOVE YOU BODY DAY!!!! YAY!!!
I will be ding a special post for guys this afternoon about love your body day, with a giveaway!
I forgot my snack for class last night, so by the time I got home at 7:00pm, I was STARVING!!! I snacked on a few of these while checking my voicemail at my part-time job.

Dinner was made shortly thereafter, it was a veggie burger on a whole wheat Arnold’s Thin with American Cheese and Buffalo Sauce.

On the side, I made a salad. It contained: spring mix, tomato, cucumber, carrots, feta, vinegar and THE STAR OF THE SHOW: some three bean salad I found in the pantry. I rinsed it first so it wasn’t too salty. It was different ad added some protein!

The last bit of the pumpkin ice cream…:( You know I will be buying more!!!
This morning’s breakfast was Pumpkin Oats!!! With Coffee.

Oats:
- 1/2 a cup of oats
- 1/2 of a banana
- 1 cup of water
Toppings:
- Pumpkin
- Almond Butter
- Cinnamon
- Brown Sugar

I also have a blog about healthy living, and I really enjoyed reading your “National Love You Body Day” post. As teens, we see girls struggling with eating disorders and family issues all of the time. Your post was very personal and inspirational. Sharing your personal experience with others may provide someone in a similar situation with hope that they can change their lives for the better as you did, and learn to love their body.
