Hey everyone!!!! How are you guys doing? Well, I am officially on vacation!!!! Yes, one great thing about working in Higher Education is that I get the week between Christmas and New Years. Love it! Of course since I can sleep in, I was up and wide awake at 7:00am. How come when I can sleep in I am up early, but when I have to get up for work it is so hard to get up?!
So this morning I spent about an hour catching up with my dad and Pa/ stealing coffee from my parents 
Breakfast was a whole wheat bagel with egg whites, cheddar cheese and a Morningstar Veggie sausage with ketchup for dipping. YUMMMM!
So, I was super stressed last night about my packages getting here in time for the Holidays. Well, I tracked them and they should all be here either today or tomorrow!!! THANK GOD! I would feel so bad if I didn’t have everyone’s gifts on time.
Well, today’s plans include:
- Watching Ellen
- Doing Laundry (per usual)
- Body Pump at 11am
- A MUCH needed trip to the grocery store for baking and Christmas dinner supplies and general stuff we are out of.
- Backing gingerbread and sugar cookies
- Making a peanut butter pie
OHHHHH! My grades were posted yesterday!!!! I got an A and an A- this semester!!!!!!! WOO HOO!!!! I am very pleased with those grades!

Didn’t know you worked in higher ed. I just left it for the govt. contracting world. I miss the time off at the holidays. But…I’m making a lot more money.
