The answer is WORKING!!! I have been busy, but don’t worry, I didn’t forget about you guys
How could I ever?! This morning the alarm went of at 6:25 am, I got dressed and headed out the door to meet a reader, Julia, for a run!
Before pounding the pavment, I had a mini Luna bar.

It was so early and I was so groggy, I forget what it tasted like! HA! I am sure I liked it!!! I like most Luna Bars.
I ran from my part-time job (where I parked my car) to our meeting spot and found Julia. We set out on a little over a 4 mile loop around the Charles River. This run was so much better for me than the last one. It was 30 degrees out, so my lungs had a hard time, but I only had to walk once. That was an improvement, this cold air does take a toll my smoker’s lungs (Thank God I quit).
We ran just as the sun was coming up. This was taken on the bridge that I run over to get to out meeting spot. My run today was a little over 5 miles in total. Not bad

We joked about how Boston has this great ability to trick you into thinking it is sunny and beautiful out even on the coldest days which causes you to not wear enough clothing. Does that look like the sky of a 30 degree day?!
What to know the best thing after a freezing cold run?

- Hot Shower
- Fuzzy Robe
- Coffee
Breakfast:

Green Monster (I have spinach on it’s last leg that needs to be used):
- Spinach
- Banana
- Flax Seeds
- Bee Pollen
- Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- Amazing Meal
- Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter
- Peanut Butter
- Ice
and my last blueberry bran vitamuffin (and coffee).
Outfit:

Sweater Dress (Target), Cardigan (Express), Tights (Target), Boots (I have had for eternity).
I really love sweater dresses in the fall, they are warm and cute!!!! I love the bright colors on this, it is fun to pair with simple wardrobe staples like solid boots and cardigans!!
Lunch:

Curry Lentil Soup from last week, my new favorite! On the side, I had an apple (given to me by a classmate last night- she brought apples for everyone. How Sweet?!) and some kashi crackers and a laughing cow.
In other News: I got the new issue of Self and screamed when flipping through and finding this!

Look!!! It’s Jenna and Angela! Don’t they look beautiful (our very own over girls) and they give good tips too! Smart and pretty
Looks like bloggies are everywhere in the magazines these days. Remember when I found Tina???
Well, I got more work to do! See you guys after class for a dinner post! Have a great day <3

cute outfit! you are very good at putting outfits together, I’m jealous.
It’s supposed to reach the 60s for the next few days. So Boston will be semi-nice for a little while. Good weather for outdoor running!
