Wiped Out!

Hey everyone! Well, I have had a relaxing evening! Adam came home from work with a treat for me!

Since I didn’t have a “real” coffee today got me one after work. What a guy!

I pretty much spent the night catching up on shows on our DVR. When dinner time came, I knew just what I wanted.

Mac and Cheese. I made this box for Adam for I to split. Adam ate his as a side to some turkey left over from his dad’s party and some frozen corn. I mixed my half with tuna and frozen peas.

A healthy version of tuna casserole.

This was really good, and delicious balanced meal, what more can you ask for, right?!

Dessert:

Pumpkin ice cream with dark chocolate chips! YUM!!! Don’t be surprised if you see this every day until the ice cream is gone. This stuff is seriously tasty and creamy the dark chocolate added to it is divine!

Well, I am calling it an early night, I am wiped out. I am actually not working tomorrow, but shadowing a guidance counselor at al local all boys Catholic High School. Should be interesting, right?! See you in the morning…this girl will sleep like a baby tonight!

PS. No fashion post because well, I didn’t really get dressed. I wore running clothes until 3pm and them got into PJ’s. Look for a fashion post tomorrow!

I haven’t had Annies w/ tuna in so long… I’m hungry looking at it right now, and it’s almost 11 PM!

yummm on the tuna casserole…ok, yummm on everything!

  4. Annie’s is the best. I have to use two boxes when I cook for my boyfriend and I. You have much better self control around pasta :)

    Good luck tomorrow!

    Hi, Ali!

So nice to find you (and who my “friend” with the OB note on her back at the race yesterday!) Thanks for your inspiration, that is an AMAZING race to run. And now, I have a new blog to add to my favorites (one more way to procastinate from work ;)
Maybe I’ll run into you running around Boston again soon!
